Terms of Service & End User License Agreement
Last updated November 3, 2026
1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("Terms") is a contract between you and WorkWallet ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the WorkWallet website and app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for that business.
2. What the Service does
WorkWallet is a financial planning tool. It reads your business's financial information and shows estimates such as Safe to Spend, cash forecasts, money buckets and recommendations.
WorkWallet is not a bank, lender, accountant, tax advisor or financial advisor. It does not hold, move or pay out your money. All figures are estimates based on the data you connect or enter, and you are responsible for your own financial decisions.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or try to access the Service's source code, or use it to build a competing product.
4. Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by team members you invite.
5. Connected services
You may connect third-party services such as QuickBooks Online (Intuit) or your bank through our payment partner Stripe. By connecting them, you authorize us to access the data those services make available, in read-only form, to provide the Service.
Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or the accuracy of the data they send us. You can disconnect a service at any time from the Integrations page.
6. Plans and billing
A payment card is required to create an account. Your card is charged for the plan you select when you sign up, and the plan then renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. Accounts created before November 2, 2026 with a free trial are charged when that trial ends unless cancelled first. You can change or cancel your plan anytime in Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. New accounts are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: within 30 days of your first payment you can cancel from Billing and that first payment is refunded in full, and your access ends when the refund is issued. The guarantee covers the first payment only, once per business. Other fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Your data
You keep ownership of the data you bring into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and improve the Service. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to upload harmful code, to access other people's accounts or data, or to overload or disrupt the Service.
9. AI features
Some features, such as the WorkWallet AI assistant, use artificial intelligence to explain your numbers. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Always check important information before acting on it.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that forecasts or estimates will be accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WorkWallet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or fail to pay. When your account ends, your license ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
